Casa del Artista is a beautiful white-washed villa set in the countryside 10 minutes’ drive from Elche. It has a lounge and a terrace overlooking the property’s gardens and pine trees. The bed and breakfast features rustic décor and pieces of bright art work. Each heated room has a private bathroom and offers views of the surrounding countryside. Some rooms have a terrace with views of the gardens or the sea. The hotel’s gourmet restaurant serves French and local cuisine including seafood and wines from the region. Breakfast can be enjoyed every morning. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the Casa el Artista’s dining room or on the terrace. There is also a small library with a fireplace. The beaches at Arenales del Sol and Santa Pola can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Alicante Airport is 10 km away, while the city centre is a 25-minute drive from the Artista.

Casa del Artista was a lovely, peaceful and comfortable place to stay! I loved the art displayed on the walls which was the main reason my 8 year old son Sabian wanted to stay. Jean-Paul was the most gracious, attentive host I have ever met. He is also gifted with his cooking! He used the finest ingredients to create a mouthwatering delicious 3 course meal which we all enjoyed! This place is like a hidden gem, a truely unforgettable 5* accommodation! wszystkie opinie » A lovely quiet out of the way place but easily accessible by car from Elche or Alicante airport. Jean-Paul is an excellent host and provides an excellent continental breakfast. To locate Casa Del Artista follow Jean-Paul's directions and the good signs. We tried to be clever by checking the location on google maps and matching street view with the photos on letsbookhotel.com but were caught out. Warning - Google maps got it WRONG!. Everything was very nice. My Husband and me, we enjoyed the time at Jean Paul very much. He is an Artist and his house is like a Galery but a very comfortable one. The room and the bathroom was also very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very delicious. I highly suggest it. Thank you for all Jean Paul. Gülcan + Bodo. Most welcoming host who made certain our stay was as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble, we enjoyed every minute in this very comfortable B&B. An excellent evening meal, with good wine & gentle background music. A wonderful place to unwind after flying into Alicante. Highly recommended. In the unseasonably cold winter weather the only heating (a portable electric heater) was barely adequate. If arriving at night it can be quite difficult as the signs are black and not easily visible in the dark. Difficult to locate in the dark. Look out for the wall signs on both sides of the road, they are easily missed. Nothing noted. J.
