  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children.   The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

The sea views from the room were fantastic, Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was brilliant with first class waiter service.   nice big apartment. easily sleeps 4. 3 friends staying together and we had separate rooms which was nice. lots of plugs and storage space. ideal for main area of benidorm - It was in a very good location for everything we wanted from our stay. Clean and tidy and great value for money.

  We liked everything about the apartment. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Although we didn't use it it was great having a utility room with washing machine etc. The glassed in balcony was huge.   i could not belive how big the room was with 5 beds it was great value for money - When I booked in they didnt have my reservation as there are 2 apartments with similar names from the same company. They might want to look into that as I had to wait 30 minutes to get it resolved.
