  We liked everything about the apartment. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Although we didn't use it it was great having a utility room with washing machine etc. The glassed in balcony was huge.   Everything. The Hotel was stunning, contemporary glass and marble. Staff were wonderful. Rooms always cleaned, breakfast fantastic. Never ate int he restaurant or went in pepes bar but looking at the menu i thought it was very reasonable and if it was like the rest of the hotel it would be fantastic. Great location also, 2 mins walk to beach, bars ... co mówią ludzie » or old town. Probably a bit classy for Benidorm. - So Clean and modern. A great place to stay central to everything and the bus route.Only inprovement would have been tea and coffee in the roomsThe breakfast was excellent value for money nad a superb choice of anything including bucks fizz in the morning!!!

  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children.   i could not belive how big the room was with 5 beds it was great value for money - When I booked in they didnt have my reservation as there are 2 apartments with similar names from the same company. They might want to look into that as I had to wait 30 minutes to get it resolved.
