  The staff always helpful and friendly. We had a great stay... Our dog as well! We will definitely stay there when we go back to Palma. - Quite good kitchen. Only thing missing was microwave. Cousy apatment. Cafeteria staff ware super frienly. Location was good.

  Really nice staff, always happy and willing to help. Location can't be better if beach is where you want to go, only 100m or so (and S'Arenal beach was in suberb condition, really suitable for kids also). Also harbour for fishing trips was only 500m away.   The staff! Very nice people. Also the location is excellent. Just few hundred meters away from noisy party-area, enough not to hear 24h drunk people screaming which is the main problem of most La Palma area. Fine beach just 3-4 minutes walking distance. Frequent bus connection to Palma centre. Next time, if possible, I'll stay there again. Hostel is situated very close ( approx 200 meters ) to the long boulevard where you find all the shops, restaurant and bars. Our next stay on Mallorca will be with these very nice people again !

The quality of service was outstanding with great attention to detail from a young but extremely engaged staff. the restaurants were relaxed with outstanding and interesting food options.   Good breakfast and dinner. Perfect service both by housekeeping and in restaurant. Bus to Palma 100m from hotel and only costs 1.25eur. Hotel doesn`t have a parking but parking nearby is not a problem. Very good value for money.
