Estació del Nord Bus Station has direct buses to Girona Airport and is 15 minutes’ walk from Avenue Apartments Barcelona. Barcelona El Prat Airport is 15 km away.

The location was very good:
-20 minutes walk from the beach
-3 bus stops from the Sagrada Familia
-close to the metro
-3 minutes walk from the supermarket
The apartment was well-equiped (microwave coffee maker), rooms were comfortable. The balcon is very big.
We left the apartment so early morning and we can left the key just on the table.
The apartment was great, located near Mar Bella and Olimpic Beach, just a walk away from the famous Rambla and Rambla del Mar (15 minutes). I strongly recommend this facility. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It is also very cheap. It has leather dining chairs, sofa, flat tv, fully equipped kitchen, etc.wszystkie opinie »
Very nice apartment into penthouse. Two small rooms with balcony, one
bigger room and - the biggest - kitchen. Clean, good equipped. Close to
everywhere - walking distance to the beach. Vine shop in next building.
very close to the seaside, the port and the most beautiful Citadel Park!!!.
Top location. Next to the beach and the next metro station.
Good location wiht only a short walk to the beach/broad walk and
only a short cab ride to town.

I think only the kitchen is good in this apartmments.

The only problem was the deposit.
We can't pay in cach because we left the aparment so early and the could check that only at 14:00.
We should use our credit card to block to money.
They said that the unblocking takes for 5-6 days but in the real it takes for 18 days.
But no problem, we received back the total amount (200 EUR).
That we had to go to another hotel to pick up the keys. The facility was not very far away but it still bothered us and it was also not very easy to spot as it had a tiny sign at the entrance.
Another problem was the deposit of 200 additional Eur that needed to be picked up before leaving or blocked on a credit care.
Little problem but... Reception is 3 km far from apartment. You need to
go there, take keys and back.

We had not enough towels :(.

Questionable safety in neighborhood.
They had no pillows and the bed is broken.
Receptionist, bad location, staff, no toiletries, dirty, the non full
disclosure, non proper linens, the list is a mile long,.
the TV did not work, and we ask them to fix it.. and they just did nothing...
