The apartment surpassed our expectations. It is impeccably clean and is beautifully (and modernly) furnished, to a very high specification. It is also much larger than we had imagined it would be (or than the photos suggest), and offers amazing value for money. In spite of its close proximity to Placa Catalunya it is quiet, and we would definitely return to stay there again, or recommend it to anyone. wszystkie opinie »
We were a group of five staying at the flat and we all enjoyed it a lot. We arrived too early for check in but were let in anyway to leave our luggage which was great. The woman who gave us the keys was really nice and helpful. The flat had everything you could possible need when on vacation. We would recommend it to anyone going to Barcelona.
The location of this apartment was perfect. Beside the heart of the
city. Easy to move using the sightseeing bus or the subway all around.
The apartment itself was very nice and roomy for 3/4 persons, clean
and useful. No surprise at all and Natalia whose in charge of check
in/out process is perfect and on time.
Just a few metres from Placa Catalunya where airport bus terminates and a short distance from LA Ramblas. Comfortable apartment with two bathrooms. Good layout and well equipped.
Location, first of all. Very quiet, though it looks at Plaza Catalyunia. Perfect for a group which is prep[ared to pay a bit extra for location and comfort.

We had some misunderstandings according cleaning and payment. We were not aware we had to pay on the first day since our booking only said we had to pay deposit. But the woman we paid to was really nice and patient with us when we had to run down to an ATM to get money. So no complaints there.
Be careful to the cost of the car park! For 4 days, I had to pay about
150 Euros.

there was no office in the building, there was no telephone in the apartment so you must use your own mobile to call the office wich is located outside the building.
We arrived 18.40 and called the lady to give us keys. She came 19.05 and charged 20 eur extra because she ia not aupposed to work after 19.00 unless extra paid. So if you check in this hotel, call the keyholder to come latest at 18.30 to avoid extra 20 euros to be paid.
