  Price and room - The friendly staff were most helpful as I am a non-Spanish speaker. I was fully briefed at check-in on the facilities and how to use them and given breakfast eating times. It is the only time I have resided at a hotel were I did not read the facilities booklet as the staff were so approachable for any data required.
