The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

The room had excellent views of the sea. Staff were really helpful and even provided us with a room, free of charge, so we could shower before we left (as we had a late check out). Good location, within easy walking distance of local bars and restaurants. Would certainly recommend to others.

The moment we arrived we were greeted by an excellent member of staff,who couldn't have been friendlier,professional and even more charming if he'd of tried.We immediately felt welcome and comfortable.Our apartment was excellent.....just as we'd asked for.It had over and above what we expected as far as an apartment is concerned.Two flat screen tv's,one in the main lounge area and one in the bedroom.It was extremely well furnished with a welcome pack of tea,coffee and fresh bottled water.There

On first arriving the very friendly staff at check in welcomed us this

Had a fine big room/apt overlooking pool. Just a short drive from the airport. Nice staff and well kept. Enjoyed dinner buffet.Good spot if you have a car, however parking on street must be hard to get in high season as was difficult enough finding space in Jan and hotel charge for their parking. "San Blas" area, which is just a spin down the road

The general surroundings are tasteful and well designed and excellent value for money.
We were pleased with the junior suite, which was very spacious and comfortable.
We will certainly stay at this hotel again. -

The a/c was not working too well when we first arrived but the hotel

Was there for a quick break with my little boy for just 3 nights. The accommodation was clean with plenty of space and a separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen area. This was great for us as I could put the little guy to bed and still sit and read for a while without disturbing him.

Contrary to other previous reviews we both felt this hotel offered
excellent value for money, the pool was massive and overlooked the sea.
The apartment was a good size and exceptionally clean. The staff were
all very polite, friendly and courteous. We were attracted to the short
20 minute taxi journey from the airport as we were only on a short 5
night break. Yes the hotel looks a bit outdated from the outside but we
wree very happy and would probably book there again in the future for a
short

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this
hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they
are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to
the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is
really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool
