The room had excellent views of the sea. Staff were really helpful and even provided us with a room, free of charge, so we could shower before we left (as we had a late check out). Good location, within easy walking distance of local bars and restaurants. Would certainly recommend to others.

I and my spouse have spent there our wedding trip. It is very nice and cozy place. We rented apartment with bedroom and living room (50 m). It is very spacious, has good furniture and big loggia turned to the ocean. Apartment was in good condition, well-cleaned and meets requirements of four-star hotel rates.

Very welcoming reception and smooth transfer to bungalow. The accommodation was a very high standard and overlooked the ocean. Very good kitchen and local supermarkets quite reasonably priced. We found the pool a bit cool for the first few days but this was mostly the effect of the wind, it warmed up later. The area was great for my husband who is a bird watcher and he saw quite a lot locally. Very good for walking also, the kids did the crater walk.

Stayed there for a week. Very friendly english speaking staff at reception. Nice, clean and spacious apartment, good beds. Rural environnement with mountain and seeviews.10 minutes busride to Los Cristianos busstation, close to beach and supermarket (free Bonocard for bus available at reception). We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

This is complex is ideal with young children as they have apartments that are furnished to allow you to make your own meals and also relax indoors if its too hot outside. We had seen the apartment block before and knew there was no pool and knew the apartments where very clean but basic. So we were very happy with it.Staff were all so friendly and great to have a brill Bar on site and great staff there as well. Location is great lovely walk along the beach. would stay again. And hear the pool will be re opened early next year
