The room was huge and had a balcony around that corner that had a great sea view. Quirky decoration and good place to chill out with lots of places to eat nearby. The basement parking was an unexpected bonus. -

After a day on the road coming to the "Vineyard" is like paradise. We were upgraded to the garden suite at no further cost and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Outstanding. Theresa and Coete are utterly charming hosts: they gave me
medicine and helped nurse me when I had sunstroke, gave my wife a
blanket to keep her warm at the rugby and lent us their gps to get
there. Beautiful accommodation, really comfy bed and option to dine on
site. More like staying with friends than a B&B.

your questions and guide to best places in town. They will tell you
where you can see the whales for free and we saw more than what we saw
on the boat trip that we paid for r 650/each. Room was clean. -

The location could not be better. We did not take advantage of the
breakfast ,which is across the street at the Burgundy restaurant,as we
had plans with friends in town, but we did eat there for dinner and it

The Auberge was really lovely, the rooms were clean and cofortable with wonderful views - the situation perfect, right on the front, the staff friendly and helpful and the restaurant across the road was perfect, so cosy with friendly, efficient staff and excellent tasty food. unfortunately it rained whilst we were there but it didn't dampen our spirits, we had a great time and to crown it all, there was a real log fire in the lounge, with a free glass of port before bed - lovely!!

the oyster catcher lodge was beyond our expectations. We travel to many holiday destinations in and out of south africa and we have never had such luxury and ambience at any destination befor.
