This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. It was also situated near to the cental area. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage until the room was ready. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect. The s

The rooms and service is very good. The location of the hotel is good and the use of the free shuttle to the Vand A water front is very useful. If you get a good rate this is the hotel to stay in.

Spaciousness and layout of the room - Although the hotel was old (and currently being renovated) it was clean and comfortable, nothing particularly distressing. Breakfast was good, though it's debatable whether it's worth the R130 you can save if you choose not to have it.

This is a brand new hotel - open for just 2 months. Its location is on the fringe of busy downtown Cape Town, and is thus safe and secure, and within easy walking distance from all the major attractions including the popular VandA waterfront, and it is minutes away from the Convention Center. I was very much satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I got an outstanding service, the place is very much comfortable. i was very much impressed by the fact that i paid for my internet access voucher for wireless, but when they found out that the server was done, i was kindly refunded.

I must thank the hotel for this consideration. Overall it was an amazing experience.

it's at the city centre. a block away from the metro station and other historical tourist attractions. it's a few minutes walk from the waterfront too.
the breakfast buffet is also fulfilling. i wonder if they change the menu, however, 2 days worth of buffet was fine with me.

i fell in love with capetown and wanna live there for a month or so. i'd definitely go back and recommend this hotel. -
Maybe I was lucky but my room was very large, at 9th floor with a nice view of the city center. Also the bathroom was big and clean.
Well located in the center in st georges mall street near shops and not so far from green market square. Good breakfast served in a separate cafè close to the hotel.
Good free wi-fi signal.
The reception/congierge is very efficient and gave me information on tour and restaurant were to go.

Our current reservation numbers are 92396; 92397; 92398; 92399. We need 5 rooms please, and another day. we will be in the 19th of march 2013 and out the 23 rd of March.
