  To put my stay in context, I normally stay in 5 star hotels and have travelled extensively. The stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations, the location is great, the place beautiful.   Staff as well as owners are very helpful, professional and friendly. We were there on honeymoon for 2 weeks and they went out of their way to welcome us with champagne on our arrival and also made us the most delicious romantic dinner shortly before our departure. - Everything was very clean and smelled really super clean and was in tip top shape... co mówią ludzie » .   I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel. Great location, so near the main lagoon, great design in rooms and great value. If they could only build tennis court, squash court and have some other entertainment for the kids this hotel would be the best offering in Knysna. Lots of potential.
