I loved the friendly and warm manner of all the staff we came across
from the receptionists who checked us to the gentlemen who who refilled
our minibar, the driver who took us to the Gautrain station and even the

Courtesy of the staff, attentiveness, clean, professional but friendly atmosphere, predictably clean and comfortable room, very comfortable bed, terrific bathroom -
I loved the room and the luxury feeling that came with it. I also liked the fact that the pillows were changed to what we preferred before we went to bed.

Home. Efficient business center aan the Cigar Room is ideal for those
who cannot stop smoking like me. You can even have the excellent meals
and drinks (gret wine choice) whilst smoking. Non smokers also have
plenty of great facilities. From now on this is my home in South Africa!

The staff- friendly and helpful from the outset-even before you enter the doors of the hotel.
The rooms were luxurious, tastefully furnished and very clean. The location was very convenient for shopping. All in all, a marvellous experience.
