The location could not be better. We did not take advantage of the
breakfast ,which is across the street at the Burgundy restaurant,as we
had plans with friends in town, but we did eat there for dinner and it
was great. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with an ocean view from
the balcony, so great. Wish we were there in summer, you can tell th

The Auberge was really lovely, the rooms were clean and cofortable with wonderful views - the situation perfect, right on the front, the staff friendly and helpful and the restaurant across the road was perfect, so cosy with friendly, efficient staff and excellent tasty food. unfortunately it rained whilst we were there but it didn't dampen our spirits, we had a great time and to crown it all, there was a real log fire in the lounge, with a free glass of port before bed - lovely!!

Very attentive, friendly staff - we were returning guests and made to feel especially welcome. Love the fact you can wake up and watch the whales frolicking in the bay from the comfort of your bed! -

The Windsor Hotel was the perfect location. It was close to all amenities and we could view the whales from our room. We had to leave early on Sunday morning and at 04h30 the night watchman let us out and gave us our packed breakfasts which were wonderful. The apartments are very spacious indeed, my girlfriend and I had three bedrooms and three bathrooms between us!. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard indeed and were very comfortable. Newly built hotel and very modern and clean. The hotel is actually apartments in a shopping mall which makes it safe (on top of a permanent person at the reception).
Staff is helpful and friendly helping you out with any query (restaurant reco and booking, day trips,etc).

We stayed for only 1 night. Upon arrival, we were provided advice on the best way for whale sighting.
On that winter night, the owner also brought us hot water pack which really helped to keep us warm.
On the next day, my husband fell sick. The owners were very helpful. They gave us medicine and provided the direction to the nearest pharmacy. -
