The hotel is perfectly situated on the Ngor beach.Nice atmosphere, good food, the room was clean but not luxury. Clean spacious rooms. It is close to the airport. Breakfast was poor value, but generally the kitchen was good. The location is not that great not really safe for tourists to walk townside and the beach is very very busy on weekends. Completely different from what is advertised for example, there is no airport shuttle, air conditioning didn't work, bed was hard as a rock. Service from reception was terrible.
