The hotel is located very close to the holy prophet's mosque, It is very cosy and clean, The room was great, The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Th breakfast was very good and despite, I arrived very early to the hotel, they gave me a room so I could check in before 10 AM, The private parking is free of charge. I strongly recommend this hotel

First of all I want to say thank you for Mr Hisham he is a duty manager for this hotel he was very kind helpful and polite I think I will come back again because of him.
Second this hotel was luxury and very clean, good size room and modern bathroom I recommend it very strongly.

attending prayers. Courteous and helpful staff especially in the very
busy restaurant and the reception. A plumbing problem in one of our

the location is perfect for old people (you can praye in you room if it facing the haram) .for Eid prayer they prepair a privet area for the hotel guests .
the Eid breakfast was 10 stars not 5 stars and the Eid environment that we had in this hotel we will never ever forget.

An overall excellent experience. Value for money. Couldn't have
asked for or expected more. We arrived from Dubai by car - and the car
was immediately whisked away to the well maintained parking easily
accessible from the room. Since we were usually sleeping post breakfast,
the room boys accommodated our request to service the room at Zuhr time.

hotel .In addition, I loved the stylish brass works with Quranic quotes
in the lobby and inside the room , You may face plenty of brilliant

Location is great , near to Al- Rawdah. The hotel is just new and so clean. rooms are nicely decorated, all facilities are available. When i requested some extra needs from housekeeping it is provided on time. Restaurant for breakfast is very organized with many varieties of food and all are delicious , fruits are fresh and the service is excellent. Location of the Hotel is very close to the Haram. The Hotel is clean and
calm; you think you are alone but the hotel is fully booked. The waiting
time for the elevator is less than 15 seconds and it is not crouded. The
check in was very fast. Less than five minutes. The staff is very
helpful and smiling. The hotel has an excellent breakfast open buffet,
rarely seen before in the saudi kingdom's hotels

The best thing we liked was the location that was very close to women
entery gate the hotel provided us with a babycot free of charge we used
to leave our baby during his sleep in it and go quickly to Haram the
