The staff were extremely helpful and friendly our driver Andrew very helpful and interesting telling us the history the hotel a unique experience as was not generic just gorgeous something you would not find anywhere else in the world.

small casino. Nice canal view. Very close to Hermitage. All staff very
helpful, in particular concierge staff who organized hotel car pickup
and drop off from train station.

We've spent about 8 weeks in St. Petersburg over the past 5 years as
students, and our dorms were located in old Soviet apartment blocks; so
this hotel was a welcomed change for our short visit back to Peter!! The
hotel was very clean, which surprised me as most of St. Petersburg is on
the dirtier side. I thought that aspect of the visit was excel

A very correct hotel, with extremely large bar/ dining room complex
and a pub open late. Excellent food in that pub (which is a rare thing
to find in that town). Excellent coffee, and plenty of space to
comfortably read a paper. Location is excellent - not right at the
center with all its tourist traps but a little kickback at calm
Vasilevsky Island. A very good place on the whole although on the
expensive side.

Response staff - When we reported AC problems someone arrived right away, checked the settings, and we received a call offering to relocate us to a room with working AC. Also used the concierge services and it worked well.

Traditional hotel from old times but well modernized and maintained.
Fairly comparable with western business hotels. Good location next to
underground station. We were given a junior suite by price of standard
twin due to booking situation and arrival at 19:30 so can't review
normal room but suite was excellent. Reception staff was really helpful

Great location. Quietly located adjacent to the beautiful st Isaac cathedral, and near to the busy nevsky prospekt.
Staff at the hotel was very efficient n friendly. All spoke good English. As always W hotel lives upto it's standards.

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! Good location - close to the river, especially convenient to watch Liteyny bridge raise (it is 1 min walk). Please note that rooms overlooking Liteyny prospekt have the best view, but are noisy. The location is excellent. cooperation from staff is really good. Very helpful in giving any information about st petersburg. The restaraunt is well stocked. Value for money. Strongly recommanded for travellers who want to do city tour trip.. Most of the tourist spots are either nearer or well connected to this hotel -
