Plenty of places to grab a meal, easy access to any part of the city with the subway station right across the street. The hotel is situated very centrally at a walking distance from sights and metro stops. The interior is beautiful, the paintings in passages and rooms a nice touch. It is an excellent boutique hotel in a very good location. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.

This is a very quiet hotel with a few rooms and a very friendly atmosphere. It is located at a walking distance of two metro station of the Nevskii Prospekt and there is a large variety of restaurants, souvenir shop and food ones in the neighborhood.

The otel design is unique. Paintings everywhere is a very good idea. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect, just near to the Kazan Kathedral, every important place of St.Pet. is on a wailikng distance and Nevski Street is nearby. Contrary to some negative comments, my room was silent. I loved absolutely everything! My room (classic double) was clean, spacious, with lots of day light and very comfortable for resting and working. The room service is also excellent. The breakfast was delicious with rich variety of choices. The staff is very nice, caring and helpful.
The location is very central, it is easy to find, there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, mall, shops around. I will dfinitely recommend it to my friends and will gladly stay in this hotel again.
