Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value. Rooms very comfortable and most importantly quiet.The hotel is a room only establishment but that suited us perfectly. We were escorted to the hotel by staff from our taxi on arrival and our luggage was carried to our room - a lovely touch. The same on our departure. The hotel was superbly located on the kamergersky walking street with easy acess to all tourist attractions. A brilliant little hotel and a real gem in the heart of a beautiful city
