excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again. Thoroughly recommend -

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and facilities. We appreciated iron and desk in our room, so as heated floor in the bathroom. It is an excellent boutique hotel in a very good location. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.

A very good hotel in an excellent location with great staff. Close to everything, suitable for sighseeing. The rooms were clean with all basic amenities. Location could not possibly have been better for closeness to Nevsky Prospect and Winter Palace. The hotel was in the inner part of a courtyard so it was nice and quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was good and the rooms were in very nice shape. You could tell they had recently redone the rooms as everything looked pretty new. -
