  I think the location was good because it was very nice around the hotel but driving in nothing else looked as nice. The dinner in the hotel was excellent with great borscht. - Nice view from the rooms (well, not the ugly apartment block opposite, but towards the cathedral etc), good breakfast and v speedy laundary service.

This hotel is very large and you get a large and comfortable room for relatively little money and a very nice view of the city.
