The service and the personnel were very welcoming and helpful, and the spa facility was very pleasant. The food at the restaurant was also very good and the waiter recommend us a nice wine to go with it. My mother and my granny stayed there for a few days and it was awesome from the services to the polite staff who made a birthday cake for my mom at my request. Thank you! Lavinia.

Clean, the personnel friendly and the swimming pool good. Everything was rather nice. Location, staff, pool. Breakfast good enough. I cannot try spa due to lack of slippers in the room. I didn't took from home. I thought they have in the room if they have swiming pool. I sow other people using spa facilities. Close to ski facilities and some night clubs. No noise from the bars and clubs during night. The staff was quiet professional. The facilities clean. The housekeeping was very responsive I must say. I can actually judge very well because I study International Hotel Management in Netherlands. Very modern, friendly staff, good breakfast. Location Pool Sauna. Location. Cental location in Sinaia. - No AC - Not an hotel problem, but there is a work site in front of the hotel, the road is being repaired. the beds are a to narrow and you can't connect them, there is no air conditioning (in august it was very hot and it was a need). aug 2013 - Sinaia streets were in reconstruction and they will not finish until the end of the year. Thr restaurant. the restaurant....too comi, cantine likewise. They have swiming pool but no slippers in the room. Amaising they have bathrobe. The staff is runing only for tips. Rigid when we are talking about letsbookhotel.com. Matteress is moving on the support when you try to wach TV on the bed. Staff not so friendly with us, Romanians, but friendly enough with foreign tourists. The price did not really cover the space and non-aiconditioning of the room. Plus I found hairs under the sink in the bathroom. The room is to small The shower cord is broken. It is inadmisible that a 4star hotel does not have air conditioner, neither acces ramp for disabled persons....!!!. A 2+ ** hotel! This is not a 4**** hotel. There are several 3*** hotels in Sinaia much better than this one. NO RECOMMENDED!.
