Room was excellent in terms of space, cleanliness, it had everything a person would need and it gave you premium felling. The staff was very friendly.

Not the first time we stayed here, and we will again. Great position, friendly staff, great bar and garden, nice and clean rooms. Not the cheapest solution but you have a parking place, great rooms, hidden from loud traffic, and you are in the old town. The only place we will go in Brasov is this hotel. -

We couldn't help but feel great staying here. The people who run this are perhaps the friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. It is in a good location in the city and it was an easy and inexpensive cab ride to the old centre of town. Brasov was a great jumping off point to see the sights around it and the sights

Excelent location. The breakfast was very, very good and served always with a big smile. After our first period we liked it so much that we booked another week after our trip in other town. When we came back from the train station and my seven-years old daughter saw the building she said:" Home, sweet home!". And indeed we felt like home. I raise my hat to the hosts and when we'll go back we will book the same location. A big thank you from the bottom of our heart!

the owner of the hotel accidentally met me and my friend in the city
looking for a taxi and offered a ride. The rooms were always kept clean

I received the best customer service ever during my stay here :) Not only did they pick me up from the train station, but I was also given a ride to the station at midnight when I left. The staff helped me with my plans, told me about the area, and made me feel totally comfortable. My room was lovely and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone :)
