We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value.
So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased.
Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

dobre połozenie, miły nastrój - The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it looks brandnew, nice rooms, nice bathrooms. The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. Ladies serving breakfast always polite and smiling.

Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in
the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly
and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera

Staff was very friendly and helpful and spole English.Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.
