  I loved the common room, it's an excellent idea being able to make your own food whenever you want and have access to the Internet for free.   Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central.   (+) The location of the hostel was excellent - 5 min walk to Wawel castle and the Old Town, 15 min walk to the Main Square. There is a closed parking on the spot, free of charge. Common areas were clean and well maintained, including the kitchen with a microwave and a fridge you can use. Only 5min walk to town. The 292 bus from the airport stops at "Crakovia Hotel", which is just 5-10 min walk to hostel (pick up city street map at tourist info kiosk at the airport, which is right next to cash point machine).   Love Flamingo and missing it though lived there only 4 days. Everything was very good. And it's very convinient that it is located in the heart of the city.   Location is just perfect for tourism, as well as very close to the rail / bus stations. Staff is freindly, helpful and English speaking. The quadraple room is indeed big and comfortable.
