  Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection. It was located close to the Market Square and lots of other sites, which made it easy to explore Krakow by foot or tram.   I had a great experience at this hotel. Super helpful friendly reception. The owner goes out of his way to help the guests to experience the Polish culture. The location is ideal. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

  Fantastic location and the staff were excellent. Always available when needed, easy to reach and very helpful, professional and friendly. Very large bathroom. Good value for money. - Good location. Good WC. Small but well-equiped kitchen. Although there was no real reception, Maria was always reachable by phone/email and was very friendly.
