  I loved the common room, it's an excellent idea being able to make your own food whenever you want and have access to the Internet for free.   Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50). When you arrive at central station walk through a gaint shopping center and the hotel is really near. We stayed in room 6/2 which was really lovely.   The hostel is in a perfect location being five minutes from the train station and from the centre of the old town. I was in a ten bed dorm, which was roomy with space go bags etc. Everything was clean. The floors were hovered and washed. Breakfast of cereal and toast is included from 8 to 10 everyday which is amazing at this price! The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

THe receptionist who handled my booking was Joanna, the boss herself. I was immediately made to feel at ease and completely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her to do. THe other girls on duty during the two days of my first visit (I an currently here again for another four nights) kept up the standards set by Pani Joanna. I thouroughly recommend this establishment. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided.
