  We left an expensive souvenir in the room and when I called them they found it and sent it to us. Nice hotel in the centre of the city, nice pub restaurant in the same building. - Great central location just a short walk from both harbour and bus station. Free hot drinks available.

  Great staff. At check-in, Jasmine was awesome: friendly and knowledgeable. Moderately priced hotel. 5 minute walk from the bus stop and 10 minute walk to the hurtigruten terminal.   The family hotel is very near to Alesund airport, only 5 mins drive. The couple are very nice and warm heart. I highly recommend people to live there.
