The breakfast is very good. There is a big choice: ham, cheese, sausages, bacon, eggs, scralmbled eggs, jams, very good bread, fruits, yoghurts etc. The room is comfortable and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is decorated in a modern way so many things are plain but nice at the same time. - The hotel is in a good location with walking distance to shops, restaurants, buses, trams, and subway. The staff is available 24/7, pleasant, and accommodating. Free internet access on a computer situated in the lobby was a plus. Free coffee/tea machine in lobby also a plus, although none in room. Breakfast was excellent, with new weekend hours 8-12. Bed was comfortable. Room clean.

All of their recommendations for restaurants were excellent. I research all my hotels before a stay and this was right on target. I would highly recommend it to anybody. My wife says it made the trip. I agree!

The tram was only 3 stops away f - Large room (a double) with modern Scandinavian furniture. New and stylish bath room. Great view at the food market across the street (note that you might end up looking at the apartment block on the opposite side of the building). Nice breakfast buffet in the restaurant downstairs (included in room price) where I also had a very favorably priced (for Oslo standards) meal at night. Probably the best place I've stayed in Oslo. Price-quality ratio is excellent!

I interacted with several of them over three days both to change rooms (I asked if I could move to the front) and due to a lost baggage issue I was having with the airline.
