Great EARLY breakfast. We had an early flight and really appreciated this. Clean. Perfect size room. Convenient to the airport.
A group came through halls late at night and was very loud. We told them to be quiet. Thought shuttle was free. Not a big deal, but would have been nice when we talked to someone about it if they had told us the cost at that time.

Not much choice on the evening food menu. But, what we did order was lovely and there was another hotel apparently we could use nearby for a more varied selection .

I did not like paying for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It was an excessive extra expense.

Shuttle is a little unpredicatable and the staff need to give a better indication of time to get to Oslo central station - i would leave an hour.

Clean and Close to the airport. Room is a bit tight, but Americans are just used to bigger quarters, I guess. Breakfast good, proximity to airport good.

Very close to the airport and shuttle stops at the front door (seven minute bus ride). For those that like planes, most rooms face the runway although double-paned windows muffle noise. Both room and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent. One can get dinner here as well (limited menu) since there are no restaurants that are close. Also had a small fitness centre and adjacent ironing facilities which was nice.
A bit too modern design. It felt very high-tech and slanted for the young and hip crowd. Many North American idioms displayed, e.g. "damn good food", "wanna help you" which reinforced the youth factor.
Perfect location if you need to catch a very early flight in the morning. If I remember correctly they start serving breakfast from 4h30 a.m.

The design, its so modern, its cold and unfriendly. We started calling our room, the bunker.
Great location next to Oslo airport. The staff was very helpful, efficient, and friendly.
The airline boarding system used at the hotel was pretty weird. I was asked by the front desk to check in via my iPhone, then email the boarding pass to the front desk. This was a bit cumbersome and took about an hour to resolve. I think the better solution is to have dedicated boarding-pass computers with printers in the lobby for guests to check-in for their flights.
Staff were very accommodating, the hotel is clean & well-maintained, breakfast offered everything you could possibly want, quiet despite being near the airport, loved the bathrooms. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
Shuttle bus a bit expensive ($11 usd) - but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

We stayed at Comfort twice. The staff on both occasions were friendly quick and efficient. Which is just what you really need after 27 hours flying and the loss of a suitcase.

The distance from the city center. We arrived late in the evening so we reserved a room in this hotel. In the morning we realized that we have to take a shuttle back to the airport and then, to take a train to city center. It took long time and a lot of money
it;s a very comfortable hotel when you have an early flight and want to be very closed to the airport. The hotel offers a really early breakfast, starting 03:45 as the first shuttle for the airport comes at 04:15 and also coffee and tea all day long
Great hotel! Clean and tidy with helpful staff. We took a day trip into Oslo and the bus (NOK70) to the airport and then the train into the city made the city easily accessible. The price was the lowest we had paid anywhere else in Norway and we still saved money with the bus and train fares into the city!
A very nice modern hotel, located close to the airport, but still very quiet. The shuttle buses running frequently and not expensive. Nice scandinavian design. Very good breakfast.
Only stayed one night for a layover. Close to Oslo Airport, shuttle picked us up and delivered us back to the Airport the next am. Clean rooms, breakfast good. Staff friendly and helpful. Very efficiently ran with processing many patrons in short amount of time.
It is a budget friendly hotel. Not a lot of eminites, so don't expect a lot. But a great place from a quick layover.

Although I thought it was great to have the magnifying mirror to put on my makeup, the light was not convenient to actually illuminate it well. We had difficulty figuring out the tv handset.

The cost of the transport to get to the hotel and then back to the airport. We went into Oslo, and that cost even more. Transportation was much mire expensive than we anticipated.
