Very large comfortable room in an old but fully renovated farmhouse a
few kilometers from Assen in the countryside, with a nice restaurant
across the street and many lovely farms adjacent to the property. The
renovation of the farmhouse was to a very high standard. Very good
location for bicycling or hiking. The continental breakfasts were very
good. The owner is very friendly.

The location is good too - about 30 minutes from Groningen and also 30 minutes from Giethorn. The village itself is quiet and welcoming.

Lounge felt like a home living room and beautifully decorated. Warm welcome. 5 star service for 2 star price! I was travelling for work but this would be an idea location to stay with a large family or friends to celebrate a special occasion or just have a relaxing weekend.
