Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. Charles was a fabulous host! ThePark Mansion was so comfortable that it was a pleasure to come back torest and relax before the evening activities. Friendliness of all hotel staff, the feeling that I was staying at someone's home rather than a hotel. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the Lounge were great. Due to the central location of the hotel, it was nice to be able to return with shopping and stop for a coffee or a glass of wine before venturing out for more shopping! Lots of rest

The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.
