  Good host who provided useful local information on nearby pubs and cafes. Very close to Central station and tram routes. Flat well sourced with tea/coffee and travel guides/maps. Luckily we were on first floor - good tip to ask for this flat. Able to leave bags in cycle shop next door which was also run by our host. In room showers are very nice, Mark who manages the hotel is very nice, helpful and polite. Jasmine who is works in the wait staff is very nice, friendly and also well informed about the area. You get your room key and a key to the front door so you don't have to worry if someone is at the desk....you can let yourself in, anytime! - The location is great and the staff were very helpful.
