  Indeed my family truly enjoyed our stay in your hotel. All your staff have been wonderful during our stay there. I would like to especially commend Lisa for helping arrange our tour in Amsterdam. Amazing apartment worth the money. Definatly recommendable.

  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury
