The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel modern decoration and outlets with fireplace were so delightful. Rooms were big enough with the modern touch. We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. The staff is young and friendly and were doing there best as all the kinks had not been striaghtened out, it opened a few days before we checked in. This hotel was the best we stayed at in Europe. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was huge for Europe standards and because it is brand new, the facilities are to a very high standard, particularly given the price range. The rooms are soundproof and warm, and the bathrooms are really large. We stayed in a standard room and would definitely stay there if we visited Amsterdam again.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate.
