Polite helpful friendly staff at front desk and the lobby rest bar. They answer any question and always work with a smile on the face :)

Friendliness of all hotel staff, the feeling that I was staying at someone's home rather than a hotel. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the Lounge were great. The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

The hotel had good proximity - to the Central Station, to pick up canal trip, trams, and of course the train. The district was very convenient for laundry, restaurants, and shops. We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Difficult to stay anywhere else on our next trip to Amsterdam! A bit of
