Being an apartment situation, we never did meet the staff so can't comment; however, they were certainly accessible by the room phone. We can not say enough good things about our studio apt. Everything about this was excellent - hotel small and characterful, staff extremely welcoming and helpful, breakfast delicious, rooms and beds very comfortable.
