  I had a party of 7persons stayed at Hotel Emma (Rotterdam) for a week. Their needs were well taken care of. I will definitely use Hotel Emma whenever I am in Rotterdam. - Every member of staff is friendly helpful and sociable, with a ready, natural smile and always with a good sense of humour

  The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We have never visited Rotterdam before and did not know much about where to go and things to do. Upon arrival, the receptionist provided us with a map of the city and also recommended a selection of places to go out for drinks, where to eat and how to get around.
