  Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. He gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The peaceful location was excellent for getting to all the major attractions. The stocked kitchenwas a fantastic addition to our stay. Charles was a fabulous host! ThePark Mansion was so comfortable that it was a pleasure to come back torest and relax before the evening activities. We even had a littlepicnic on the rooftop deck on one occasion that we will never forget! Wewill be sure to return here again.

  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

  Excellent location. This is the place to be if you are in Amsterdam.Better then Hotel, it is like having your own suite. Bedrooms are nice, washer and dryer is available inside the appartement.   You could not wish for a better location. The hotel staff are awesome and some of the most helpfull and friendly I have ever experienced. The apartments themselves offer you a little bit of Amsterdam.
