provided including helping us with our luggage and calling a cab for us.
When we arrived, the host came out to the front door to greet us. When
we left the entire staff came out to say goodbye to us. Beautiful and
quiet place, and lovely people.

Everything was really nice - room had new furniture and everything was nice and clean, bathroom also was very nice. The beds were huge and it was very warm in the room. Breakfast was also nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great - exactly in the centre, close to central station and to all the shops and sight seeing -

The location was the best thing about this hotel - it is right next to the red light district - which is pretty central to everywhere in Amsterdam - all the places we wanted to visit were at most a 20 minute walk away, therefore public transport was not needed. We had booked a small double - which was definitely small, however for our 3 night stay, this was perfect for us. I liked the location,it is just a two minutes walk to Leidseplein where there are many restaurants, shops of all kind... from there you can reach very easy to the other main attractions: Dam Square, Rembrandtplein, Red Light District etc. I liked the room ...we were four girls and we took the four persons room which was very big, clean and comfortable. there were free coffees, cappuccinos, tea and the staff was really friendly. we all think it was a perfect choice.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. A good city hotel, in a really convenient location. The hotel does not have a breakfast room, but at the lobby area you may always find free hot coffee and tea facilities, furthermore at the area there are some restaurants were you may enjoy your breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfortable. Although the rooms are non smoking, you may smoke at the main balcony of the hotel. The receptionist are friendly and professional. The tram stop is really close with direct connection
