Staff recognises you, and are really interested! They asked about my husband (usually we travel here together) and when I told them I was going to run the half marathon, the day after they asked how it went... Rooms are huge and comfortable, with different designs. There is always an art exhibition in the main hall. The hotel is very close to main shopping street and plenty of restaurants nearby.
wszystkie opinie » It is just the perfect hotel to book if you are planning to attend to the Guus Meeuwis' concert. It is located just between the central station and the Philips stadium. Really perfect! Nice room, huge bathroom and very quiet place. The hotel is quite close to the railway station, so very accessible. There are plenty of shops within a few minutes walk, and teh University (TU/e) is only about 15mminutes walk away. Everything was very smooth and friendly. Extraordinary selection of special Dutch beers in the bar. They did not even carry Heineken, but smaller, special and local brands. Lovely hotel with large room and good facilities in heart of city. Large picture window with great views. Modern décor very characterful. Outstanding customer service, friendly staff, great breakfast, in the middle of city. Good for meetings, close to everything. Location to train station, breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, Hotel was clean and safe. The hotel was lovely. The location was perfect - right in the city center... the room was clean and suitable. Very large comfortable room. The food was excellent as well. Very good value. Well designed too. No nonsense check in and out. Decent breakfast good facilities in the room, and good WiFi (free). Nice design. Spacious rooms. nothing. The one-person bed was quite small. The room I had was very dark, and not at all suited to working during the evening, although desk was provided. There was insufficient light in the room for anything other than sleeping or moving around. I was also disconcerted to find that the name of the hotel was now the "Art Hotel" rather than the Centre Hotel, which I felt was unhelpful. The inner entrance door is slow to react and difficult to see when coming in from outside, and the entrance has a difficult to see kerb when going out from light to dark. Both were painful. Bathroom counter is extremely small, very little room to put you toiletries. TV had no english speaking news like CNN or BBC or Sky News. Little discrepancy concerning the name of the hotel (ART Hotel...). The room was little cold (no air conditioning), but the staff provided small fan heater, and it served well... a poor selection at breakfast for E15 pp. Shower curtain - shower is too big for ashower curtain and it blows towards you as soon as you put the shower on. Needs a proper shower door or screen. They didnt havent a baby crib, so we had to use a sofa to sleep the baby. TV was small and too low to watch from bed. Not found one!. The rooms were cold ( we came on NOV19th-NOv21st ) and we got small heather suitable for small rooms and not for 40 sqM. Noice is also the problem even though the hotel claims to have noice reduction rooms. We had big problem with sleeping as they offer synthetic pillows and duvetes. The staff has no clue what is going on in Eindhoven or where the exhibition areas are. Breakfast is very expensive for what you get ( 15 EUR pp ). No bedside lamp one side. Would have liked a bath but not tooimportant. Nice table but only one chair although room for a couple of lounge chairs. It was cold in the room. The name outside the hotel is not clear - must be changed in the site or on the hotel front. The room heating was centrally controlled and was too cold !. You can't find the name of this hotel around there.There is only have "ART HOTEL",but when I went into that hotel,someone tell me there is "The centre hotel". Too expensive breakfast. no handkerchiefs no electrical outlet near the bed (for mobile phone) Why kitchen in rooms ??. parking price. The hotel name is totally different than the name listed on letsbookhotel.com , the real name is art Hotel by BestWestern. So please take action to change the name listed on your website as it causes confusions. The name of the hotel was different to email. Price of the room was 356€ but noticed that they made a reservation for 430€ on the creditcard without explanation. I was allocated a 'long stay room which was appointed at 'utility' standard and included a kitchen (with bare cupboards) as opposed to a nicly appointed bedroom. Cold rooms, staff not helpful. During our one night stay, the shower did not have hot water. room was large, but nothing in it. Lighting was terrible, and one bed side lamp, which didnt even work. heating was controlled by reception. if you didnt have a headache before you went into the bathroom, you would when you came out. bed and pillow was all a bit too soft.
