A safety deposit of EUR 250 is required to be paid on arrival (see Policies). This will be refunded after stay by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account, provided that no damages are made. Cash refund is available under the condition of an extra EUR 30 payment at check-in. A card authorization is also possible. This is where you will only be charged if something is broken or missing in the apartment. Please note that there is a cleaning fee of EUR 50 per apartment per stay.
