  We found one of the reception-foyer staff so helpful. He carried our four cases to our 3 separate rooms; helped me park and exit my large car in the small hotel garage;advised us on shopping and places of interest;arranged a surprise taxi tour of Tangier and surrounding area, all without holding his hand out for payment. Tasty dinners. - Mustafa at front desk was incredibly helpful overall, especially re: my luggage which didn't arrive on my flight into Casblanca before we took train to Tangier. He helped suggest where to buy some clothes, helped with phone calls to the airlines and shared other tips to help. The location made our daily walks to the Medina and other highlights easy, and the room was very comfortable at a great price.

  All is very very nice and thank you so much Mr Khalel f&b manger he was very profisinal and so kind all the staff perfect - Check in staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Location was good. A great choice for a short stay.

Walking through the medina/souk was incredible and so much more authentic than other cites. - Perfect location for Medina and other sights Gracious hosts and staff.   This lovely hotel is nestled right up against the mountains therefore has stunning views over the valley and of the beautiful village of Chefchouen. We arrived at night and the hotel and gardens were an absolute picture with lit lanterns lighting the pathways and fairy lights in the trees. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath chalet and that was lovel - A lovely hotel located at the back of the town, up against the mountainside. We really enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly and very helpful, getting us a guide who took us to see local traditional crafts (ahem), showing us good places to eat and drink (there are only 3 places in Chaouen that serve alcohol) and helping us to use the local hamam safely. In a town where tourists are fair game for con artists and those looking to make a quick buck, we felt happier arranging things via t
