There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. We loved the decor and amenities of the hotel and it was only a 5 min taxi driv

Staff, Accommodation, Amazing. I travel around the world and this is without question the best trip i have had for a long time. The staff where nothing short of brilliant Danial the manager openly admitted changes are a foot for the better but i could not fault this place. Simply MAGIC!

Excellent location and view of golf.Our apartment overlooked a beautiful man-made lake on the golf course which was home to a huge assortment of ducks and birds. Apartments are great for families and decor is wonderful.

The manager Carlos and all of his staff treated us wonderfully and it was a pleasure meeting his wife and beautiful baby daughter also. He also arranged pickup from our riyad for a small fee. The friendly staff and that they made everything possible. The treatment in the hamman was great. The meals were simple but very good. - It was a beautiful riad and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. The pool and pool area was lovely in the sun, as was breakfast on my balcony and downstairs where a wonderful buffet breakfast was served. -

A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. La Sultana is a very precious crown with many beautiful jewels (many of them in the staff)
The Spa is absolute heaven (including real angels who can give you a four-handed massage)
Staying there is like having a fascinating dream you don't want to end.

Found the reception staff to be really helpfull answering any questions I had about local facilities, excursions, etc. Check-in was fast and easy, rooms were kept clean by nice polite cleaning ladies, small grocery shop next door for basics, cafe's across the street, and only a few minutes walk to the bus stop (across from Macdonalds) where busses

Our stay was excellent you know what you get with assonfou good size rooms fridge electric hob, toilets and shower are clean. Stayed at here before and would do again, highly recommended it to anyone

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Ksar Char Barg is an experience in fine travel. I went with my 20 something son for my 50 birthday and there could not have been a better place to be for such special day. The staff. The architecture. The well manicured odorant gardens. The pool. The serenity. The food... was sumptuous. -

We truly loved everything, when we arrived we were delighted for the good taste of the decoration of the riad and the sympathy of the staff.
