We paid 250 Dirhams from the airport (rak) to hotel which was total rip off as we paid 50 Dirhams when we returned. Beware of taxi's as the hotel is only 10 minutes ride. Tho hotel is near to many sight seeings and nice places and the pool is big enough to do a good swimm, great hotel for a good price, we loved it.

  Very pleasant hotel, with impressive atrium seating area, decent pool and clay tennis courts. Essentially it's a sort of French version of a Thompsons hotel. The maids cleaning the room used the towels to create patterns etc on the beds which the kids really loved. They also always left sweets and rose petals on the beds every nice was was great. We were welcomed by Abdul with mint tea. The turquoise room was spacious with a large ensuite, the beds were very clean and comfortable. In the morning a delicious breakfast was served on the roof terrace. Our room was cleaned and beds made each day. We had a very pleasant stay here. The local shops were interesting, the souks are 10 mins walk and the main square is 15 mins walk.
