  A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. All of the riads ( this property is made up of 4 or 5) linked to create La Sultana are stunning. A lot of thought has gone into its flow and design.   The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. Hassan was our driver/guide to Essaouira, and Hamid was our tour guide for the market area. - Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved. The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.
