The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always

I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

Beautiful riad in Marrakech. Easy to reach by taxi as just within the old wall. All suites were gorgeous and individual and very spacious. Extremely clean and fantastic public areas. I really loved the customer service the Riad gave us. When we arrived they served us tea with pastries inside a relaxing area. Mustafa is amazing, he woke up early (6am) to serve us breakfast before an excursion. We enjoyed the authentic breakfast that was served to us daily. -

Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

We recently stayed at Riad Vanilla Sma for a couple of days. It turned out to be the most fantastic experience. We found this Riad totally amazing! Everything from the wonderful host, the amazing staff, great and professional service, beautiful and clean big room, great location (4min walk to Jemaa El Fna, and 1min to the Souk), fantastic breakfast (wide selection) on the terrace which will be served whenever you wake up.
