I have been to Marrakech on a few occasions now and by far my favourite Riad. This was my first time travelling alone to Marrakech and a single female could have been daunting, but, was my favourite trip over! Be smart, get Pascal to arrange the car to collect you from the airport, so you don't get lost in the souks trying to find the riad with luggage, and do practice runs during the day from the square to the riad. As long as you know where you are in the square you can find your way home! Mm

The location is the best you can expect. It's a 2 min easy walk from Jamaa el Fna. From the terrace (wich is amazing by the way) you can hear the noise in jamaa el Fna but in a good way. Inside the riad it's very peaceful. The riad is beatiful, just like the photos, even though the rooms seem a little more luminous in the net (that was not a problem, there was enough light). Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They did all they could they make our stay comfortable. Use of their kitchen is allowed. Riad location within the square is great. Several spas/hamams very close by too.

Very nice Ryad. Love the rooms and the service is the best!! Must do: ask them to prepare dinner or lunch for you. In the night it is very quiet so it is not hard tot fall a sleep. Birds will wake you up in the morning. There is a chill area on the roof; for reading. Thank hou F and O for a great time in youre Ryad. We will come back! -

We stayed for two days and were very disappointed. We would not return and would not recommend it. The location is good and the rooms were OK although a little tired & lighting was poor as some light bulbs were not working. The lady who served breakfast was excellent and friendly but we found the male manager very unhelpful.

The service is second to none. The rooms are elegant and comfortable with everything that you need. Hot water, extra radiators, toiletries, safe deposit box. The common lounge is very cosy and the manager prepares excellent food that is served in there. Roof terrace is a great place to relax. Location is perfect, central, yet quiet. Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.
