Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy.

Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. A fantastic Riad right in the heart of the Medina a few minutes walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa on an unassuming little back street, but behind the beautiful wooden door lies an oasis of calm and service that's second to none. We were moved to their sister hotel Dar Les Cigognes so that our rooms would interconnect properly. Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

very helpful and breakfast is good. Remember to take a hairdryer with
