The riad was lovely, very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a 10-15min walk to the main square and souks and my friend and I felt fairly safe walking around even at night (once we got used to the crazy traffic around the medina!).

The location of Riad Anya is very central and in a safe,quiet area, the decor of the riad was fabulous,with many shaded areas with comfortable seating just perfect for relaxing.the roof terrace was ideal for catching the sun and the pool just perfect for cooling off.The twin room on the first floor we shared was spacious , airy , comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with a different selection everyday. Everyone was .really friendly and helpful, we felt extremely happy and relaxed

Quiet and unassuming, not luxurious but perfectly acceptable. Good facilities, lovely dining area for breakfast, and will provide dinner on request. No baths but perfectly adequate shower. Enough wardrobe and storage for your clothes, large double beds if a little too hard for me personally. Plenty of pillows and lovely warm duvets.

I have been to Marrakech on a few occasions now and by far my favourite Riad. This was my first time travelling alone to Marrakech and a single female could have been daunting, but, was my favourite trip over! Be smart, get Pascal to arrange the car to collect you from the airport, so you don't get lost in the souks trying to find the riad with luggage, and do practice runs during the day from the square to the riad. As long as you know where you are in the square you can find your way home! Mm

Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.
